My journey into nutrition started with a simple belief:

food should nourish you, not stress you out. I’ve always been fascinated by how the right food choices can transform not just your body, but your energy, mood, and confidence.

As a nutritionist and dietetics coach, I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans or rigid food rules. I believe in listening first — to your goals, your challenges, and your lifestyle — and then building a plan that feels natural for you. Whether you’re managing a health condition, working toward a weight goal, or just wanting to feel better day to day, I’m here to guide you with practical advice and steady support.

I hold an Advanced Clinical Diploma in Food, Nutrition and Dietetics (2026), and I stay updated with evidence-based practices so you get guidance that’s both safe and effective. But beyond the qualifications, what matters most to me is creating a space where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged — no judgment, only progress.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m exploring new recipes, reading about holistic wellness, and reminding myself that balance looks different for everyone. And that’s okay.
